I loved the spacious triple room with a fantastic balcony that offered a view over the rooftops. The location near Termini station made it easy to get around the city, which was a major plus. Daily housekeeping kept the room tidy, ensuring fresh towels and clean linen throughout my stay. The staff were generally pleasant and provided useful information about local attractions. the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, making it hard to leave it on while sleeping. The breakfast could use more variety. the selection felt limited. I noticed the shower had a slight drainage issue, causing water to accumulate during use. Noise from nearby rooms was also a bit disruptive, especially early in the morning.

The room was spacious and included a balcony with French doors, providing fresh air throughout the day. Daily cleaning and fresh linens helped maintain comfort during the stay. The staff were attentive, even accommodating when I needed to switch rooms after check-in. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the breakfast left much to be desired, with lackluster options that felt uninspired. While the location near the metro was advantageous, the maintenance of amenities like the minibar and outdated TV was disappointing.

The highlight was definitely the staff. they were super attentive and accommodating. we appreciated their help storing our large luggage before check-in. breakfast was included and offered plenty of options to start our day off right.

The rooms feature good portable televisions, with daily housekeeping ensuring cleanliness. Breakfast offers a decent selection of cold cuts, cheeses, and pastries, alongside a highly appreciated coffee machine allowing for various options.
The overall room sizes feel cramped, which might not suit everyone's preference, especially for longer stays. Several reviews point out a persistent sewage smell in the bathrooms, making it uncomfortable wishing to leave doors open. Noise levels inside the hotel are lackluster. you can hear almost everything happening in adjacent rooms, especially during early morning cleaning schedules, disrupting restful nights.
